I am not rich, that's for sure. So when it comes to my hair and keeping it healthy I have to find products that are inexpensive and do a great job.
Over the years I have found some items that I love and will keep using.
I am only doing my top 5 because I seriously use a LOT of hair products for straight, curly, or up do's.
Let's get started!
1: Shimmer Lights by Clairol. This is a great shampoo if you want to keep your blonde from going a brassy color. I like to go back and forth with my hair from blonde to brown. But when my hair is blonde I can keep it fresh looking with this shampoo, love it!
2: L'OREAL Natures Therapy pomade. This stuff is great to get rid of those fly away hairs. I also use it to smooth my ends so my hair looks even and sleek. I love this stuff to because their is no smells and it doesn't leave your hair greasy.
3: Paul Mitchell Extra body hair spray. This stuff rocks! I love that this will hold my hair in place and wont leave white crap in it. It also keeps your hair flexible so your hair doesn't move when you do! lol.
4: Biosilk oil. This stuff is amazing! If you want shinny soft hair you need to use this. I put this on when I have damp hair and dry it, then I use just a tiny bit on my ends right before I straighten my hair. I have done the before and after with this stuff and I am not happy if I can't use this.
5: L'OREAL Everstrong overnight repair treatment. So every so often I will do a deep conditioning treatment overnight and I have found this to work great! Here is a little trick my mom (who went to beauty school) taught me. Grab all of your conditioner you have in your house get a paper cup or bowl and mix a little bit of each conditioner in that cup along with this stuff. Take a shower or wash your hair before bed and put the conditioner "cocktail"in your hair, really put it on their. Put on a shower cap and go to sleep. In the morning just rinse and you will love how soft your hair is. I do this every month or so and it does wonders for your hair. If you don't have a lot of conditioner get with a friend and combine what you do have so you both can have great hair!!!
So those are just a few of my favorite, inexpensive products that I love.
Have an awesome weekend!!!
Oh and don't forget to enter my giveaway here it ends tomorrow.
